摘要
为了及时准确掌握嫩江流域主要水情信息,遵循科学合理、经济可行的原则对遥测站网布设进行论证。主要采用以时段面雨量精度为目标函数的方法进行论证,考虑到系统遥测主要是增加站网布设,选用等值线法来进行面雨量的分析论证。在满足本流域洪水特性的条件下,通过布设合理的遥测站数能够获取较多的信息,以取得较好洪水的预报精度。论证结果表明,系统能够控制嫩江干流、右侧支流的主要来水量,并能及时了解干流各控制断面的水情信息,可对防洪控制断面洪水预报进行实时校正,为流域防洪和水资源利用提供科学依据。
In order to master the main water regime information of Nenjiang River Basin correctly,we carry out the argumentation of layout of telemetry acquisition system following scientific and rational,economically feasible principles.The precision of areal rainfall in a period of time is adopted as the objective function.We use isoline method to analyze the areal rainfall considering the adding of hydrologic stations to the hydrologic network.In the condition of satisfying the flood characteristics of the basin,more information is acquired through setting up telemetry stations with reasonable numbers,so as to obtain a high forecast precision.The major inflows of the mainstream and tributaries of the right bank can be found out through the telemetry acquisition system,and the real-time water regime information of the controlled sections of the mainstream is also acquired.Therefore,we can calibrate the flood forecast of the control sections in real time,which provides a scientific basis for flood control of Nenjiang River Basin and water resources utilization.
