摘要
针对采煤机生产率方面的需求,把工程问题在功能层面上定位于螺旋滚筒,利用TRIZ组件模型、结构模型和功能关联模型分别表明机械结构组件构成、组件间的相互作用及组件间是有害作用还是有用作用。分析了工程问题形成的根本原因,利用TRIZ进行了原理方案求解,证明了TRIZ理论在求解工程问题上的有效性。
Aiming at customer's requirements on shearer productivity,the engineering problems are focused on helical drums on the function level allusion,and TRIZ assembly model,structural model and function-connection model are applied to show mechanical construction of assemblies,mutual action of assemblies and their action is harmful or useful.In addition,function-connecting model is applied to analyze radical causes resulting in the engineering problems,and TRIZ is used to carry out the solution of the principle scheme.The validity of TRIZ theory proves effective in the solution of engineering problems.
