摘要
对尼日利亚某水泥厂2500t/d生产线生料辊压机终粉磨系统的工作原理、关键设备选型计算和系统传递工程计算等三个方面进行了研究,给出了辊压机通过量及其功率、动静态选粉机通风量、功率及其本体阻力的确定方法,最后给出了系统的气流、料流和热量衡算结果。
The paper studies the raw meal roller press serving as ultimate grinding system applied to 2 500 t/d cement production line in a certain Nigeria cement plant about its working principle,model selection of key equipments and calculation of system transfer,and offers the method of determining productivity and power of the roller press,as well as ventilation volume,power and pressure drop of dynamic and static air classifiers.Finally,it provides computation results of gas flow and material flow and heat balance of the system.
