摘要
介绍了JM-260型立式搅拌磨机用于德兴铜矿粗精矿细磨试验,对该磨机不同条件下的粒度组成特性进行分析,结合铜矿物单体解离度测定,得到了优化的试验磨机工艺参数;在此基础上与常规球磨机进行了对比试验。结果表明,采用立式搅拌磨机磨矿,铜精矿品位为25.26%,提高了0.81%,铜、金、钼的回收率分别提高了0.45%、3.38%和3.17%。
The paper describes the experiment on fine grinding of rough concentrate with JM-260 vertical agitator mill.After analysing the granularity composition in different conditions of the mill,the optimal technical parameters of the mill are obtained in combination with measurement of copper monomer dissociation,and the experiments comparing with ordinary ball mills are carried out.The results show that the grade of the copper concentrate reach 25.26% with increase of 0.81%,the recovery rate of copper,gold and molybdenum separately increase by 0.45%,3.38%,and 3.17%.
