摘要
质心的确定一直是直线振动筛设计和计算中亟待解决的问题,质心的偏离在直线振动筛运行过程中极易引起诸多问题。结合三维建模软件,采用逐步逼近方法对直线振动筛质心的确定方法进行了理论分析,并用ZK3642型直线振动筛进行了验证。计算结果表明,采用这种方法不仅提高了设计精度,而且大大缩短了设计时间。
The determination of the mass centre has been always the problem to be urgently solved during the design of vibration sieves.The deviation of the mass centre easily causes a lot of problems in the course of operation of vibration sieves.Based on a three-dimensional software,the paper carries out the theoretical analysis on the method of determining the mass centre of the vibration sieve with gradually approximation method,and takes a ZK3642 linear vibration sieve as an example to verify.The calculation results show that the application of the method not only improves the design precision,but also greatly shortens the design cycle.
