左心室流出道梗阻伴二尖瓣关闭不全行腹腔镜下结肠次全切除术的麻醉管理一例

摘要 1临床资料 1.1 一般资料患者男,72岁,体重74kg,美国麻醉医师学会(ASA)分级Ⅲ级,因横结肠和直肠占位性病变行腹腔镜下结肠次全切除术。患者既往有高血压病史和肥厚梗阻性心肌病史,静息时有胸闷,无心肌梗死病史,美国纽约心脏学会(NYHA)心功能分级Ⅲ级。
