地下式污水泵站砂渣自动收集与提升系统应用探讨

Probe into the application of automatic sand-scum collecting and lifting system in underground wastewater pumping station

地下式污水泵站的传统砂渣外运方式会给操作人员的健康带来隐患。以青岛某地下式污水泵站为例,日常运行时操作人员无需进入污水泵站内即可完成砂渣的自动收集与提升外运,提出了地下式污水泵站砂渣自动收集与提升系统的设计方案,并对其可行性进行探讨。

There is health threat to the operator in underground wastewater pumping station if the conventional sand-scum collecting and transporting system would be employed.Taking an underground wastewater pumping station in Qingdao as a case study,the sand-scum could be automatically collected and transported without any operator entering the pumping station in the daily operation.This paper proposed the design of the automatic collecting and lifting system for the sand-scum in underground pumping station and discussed the feasibility of its improvement.
