摘要
以两份甘蓝型油菜为研究材料,对10种油菜化学杀雄药剂进行杀雄效果的筛选,结果得到8种药剂均能不同程度地诱导甘蓝型油菜雄性不育,其中1号药剂和3号药剂以浓度0.25μg/mL进行2次喷药的效果较好,在甘蓝型油菜化学杀雄的应用中可作为参考。
Using two kinds of Brassica napus to select optimum emasculation effect of 10 different chemical emasculation agents.The results showed that eight kinds of chemical emasculation agents all can induce male sterility for Brassica napus at different level,in which,the No.1 agent and No.3 agent spraying twice with concentration of 0.25 μg/mL obtained a great effect.It can be a reference for applying chemical emasculation in Brassica napus planting.
