摘要
基于美国土地评价与立地分析体系(LESA)思想,从自然质量和社会经济条件两个方面,建立主体功能区下农用地评价指标体系,分类讨论了不同类型主体功能区下农用地适用的综合评价方法,以期为主体功能区的合理规划提供理论依据。
Based on ideas of U.S.land evaluation and site analysis system（LESA）,the evaluation index system for agricultural land in main functional region was constructed from two aspects that the natural quality and the social and economic conditions.In order to provide theoretical evidences for reasonable planning main functional region,the classified discussion was conducted to the comprehensive evaluation methods which suit for different agricultural lands in different types of main functional region.
