杀虫剂和杀菌剂对哈茨木霉菌丝生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过常规真菌生物量测定的方法,检测了新乡地区7种常见杀虫剂和3种杀菌剂对哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,十种药剂对哈茨木霉的菌丝生长均有一定的抑制作用,且随着药剂浓度的增加抑制作用越明显,不同的药剂对哈茨木霉的毒力不同。当十种药剂在施用田间推荐剂量时,蛾蛉速杀、链霉素、惊喜一号和吡虫啉对木霉菌丝生长影响不大,可以和哈茨木霉混合使用。 Through use the conventional measurement method for fungus biomass to detect the effects of seven common pesticides and three fungicides in Xinxiang region on mycelium growth of Trichoderma harzianum.The results showed that the seven pesticides and the three fungicides all had a certain inhibitory effect on mycelium growth of Trichoderma harzianum,and the inhibitory effect increased with increasing concentration of pesticides or fungicides,but their toxicity on Trichoderma harzianum had differences.When applying the seven pesticides and the three fungicides with recommend dosage to the field,the 26% of Cyhalothrin + Phoxim EC,streptomycin,acetamiprid WP and 10% of Imidacloprid WP had few effects on mycelium growth of Trichoderma harzianum,so they could mix-use with Trichoderma harzianum.
