民勤县节水农业综合效益评价

The Comprehensive Benefit Evaluation for Water-saving Agriculture in Mingqin County

在分析国内外节水农业发展的基础上,以民勤县节水农业为研究对象,建立适应民勤县的综合效益指标体系,对民勤县节水农业进行综合效益评价。结果表明,经济效益变化有所波动,但总体上呈上升趋势;而生态效益和社会效益有上升的趋势,并逐步稳定缓慢增加,节水农业对生态、经济、社会效益有促进作用;综合效益受生态效益、经济效益和社会效益的增长影响,呈现明显的上升趋势。节水农业发展模式对民勤的生态、经济、社会有促进作用。最后对生态、经济、社会效益发展缓慢寻找原因,并提出建议。

Based on analyzing development of water-saving agriculture at home and abroad,this paper launched research on water-saving agriculture in Mingqin County and established an adaptive assessment index system of comprehensive benefit for Mingqin County to evaluate comprehensive benefit of Mingqin County＇s water-saving agriculture.The results showed that the changes of economic efficiency fluctuated,but increased as a whole;however,the ecological and social benefits presented an increasing tendency and increased steadily and slowly.Water-saving agriculture has promoting effects for ecological,economic and social benefits;the comprehensive benefits,has been influenced by growth of ecological benefits,economic benefits and social benefits,presented a clear upward trend.This paper confirms that the developmental mode of water-saving agriculture promoted the development of ecology,economy and society in Mingqin County.Finally this paper discussed on some problems that causing a slow development of ecological,economic and social benefits,and proposed some suggestions to these problems.
