PTT/PA6拉伸丝的形态与性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 考察了聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯/聚酰胺6(PTT/PA6)拉伸丝的形态,测试了其线密度、断裂强度、回潮率、热收缩率及卷曲性能,并与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯/聚酰胺6(PET/PA6)拉伸丝进行了对比。结果表明:PTT/PA6拉伸丝横截面为橘瓣型,裂离后为三角形。PTT/PA6拉伸丝的断裂强度、断裂功和卷曲收缩率随纺丝速度的增加而减小,随PA6含量增加而增大;PTT/PA6拉伸丝的热收缩率小于PET/PA6拉伸丝,随纺丝速度的增加而增加,随PA6含量增大而减小;PTT/PA6拉伸丝的卷缩性能优于PET/PA6拉伸丝,回潮率约0.9%,大于PTT纤维。 The morphology of polytrimethylene terepthalate/polyamide 6 (PTT/PA6) drawn yarn was investigated. The linear density, breaking strength, moisture regain, heat shrinkage and crimping performance of PTT/PA6 drawn yarn were measured and compared with those of polyethylene terephthalate/potyamide 6 (PET/PA6) drawn yarn. The results showed that the cross section shape of PTF/PA6 drawn yarn was transformed from orange petal into triangle after splitting. The breaking strength, break work and crimp shrinkage of PTT/PA6 drawn yarn were decreased with the increase of spinning speed and were increased with the increase of PA6 content. The thermal shrinkage of PTT/PA6 drawn yarn was lower than that of PET/PA6 drawn yarn, which was increased with the increase of spinning speed and was decreased with the increase of PA6 content. PTT/PA6 drawn yarn was superior to PET/PA6 drawn yarn in the crimping performance and had the moisture regain about 0.9%, higher than PTr fiber.
