摘要
研究了采用原液着色法制备间位芳香族聚酰胺(PMIA)有色纤维的纺丝浆液的挤出胀大特性;测定了纺丝浆液的密度、浓度;采用重量法测定了挤出胀大比(B),讨论了B与毛细管长径比(L/D)、纺丝压力、纺丝温度、剪切速率(γ)等工艺条件的关系。结果表明:采用原液着色PMIA浆液纺丝时,B随着L/D和温度的增大而减小,随着压力和γ的增大而增大;纺丝时可通过提高压力来减少高温对纺丝成形的影响,还可通过增加滤布层数来减小B。
The die-swell behavior of dope-dyed meta aromatic polyamide (PMIA) spinning solution was studied. The density and concentration of the solution were measured. The die-swell ratio ( B ) was measured by gravimetric method. The relationships between B and the process conditions like capillary length-diameter ratio ( LiD ), spinning pressure and temperature and shearing rate ( T ) were discussed. The resuhs showed that B dropped with the increase of L/D and temperature, but rose with the increase of pressure and ,) when the dope-dyed PMIA spinning solution was spun into fibers. The impact of high temperature on the fiber formation can be depressed by raising the pressure and B can be decreased by increasing filter gauze layers.
