摘要
介绍了以氮化硼纤维、碳化硅纤维、氧化铝纤维、硼纤维及氧化锆纤维为代表的高性能无机纤维的制备方法、性能和应用;高性能无机纤维的制备方法主要有化学转化法、溶胶-凝胶法、化学气相沉积法、前驱体法等,高性能无机纤维具有突出的耐高温、抗氧化、耐腐蚀等性能,广泛应用于航空、航天、冶金化工等领域。我国应加强对高性能无机纤维前驱体化学、制备和性能以及应用方面的复合研究和工程开发。
The production technology, properties and application of high-performance inorganic fiber were introduced, typically including boron nitride fiber, silicon carbide fiber, alumina fiber, boron fiber and zirconia fiber. The production technology for high-performance inorganic fiber dominantly comprises chemical conversion, sol-gel method, chemical vapor desposition and precursors. The fibers can be widely used in the field of aerospace and chemical metallurgy due to their superior resistance to high temperature, oxidation and corrosion. The combination research and engineering development of the precursor chemistry, preparation, properties and application of high-performance inorganic fiber should be enhanced in China.
