概述了国内外乙二醇(EG)生产现状,预计2014年世界生产能力将达到28961kt;详述了国内外EG的生产技术及其进展,以及EG生产用高活性、高选择性的银催化剂的技术进展;指出煤制EG生产技术将成为EG产业的热点,高选择性催化剂将是新建装置的主要需求,我国应引进先进技术,加快非石油路线制EG生产工艺的开发,提高我国EG的总体技术水平。

The production status of ethylene glycol （EG） was described in China and abroad. The world EG production capacity was expected to be 28 961 kt in 2014. The production technology and progress of EG were described in details in China abroad, as was the technology progress in high-activity high-selectivity silver catalyst for EG. It was pointed out that the technology of coal conversion to EG would be the focus of EG industry, high-selectivity catalysts would be the dominating demand of newly developed EG plants, China should import the advanced technologies, accelerate the development of the non-petroleum technological route to EG, enhance the total technological level of EG production in China.
