摘要
开发了多元醇聚醚、多元醇脂肪酸酯、聚醚脂肪酸酯作为主要单体的乳化液型涤纶工业丝油剂,对单体的耐热性和油剂的性能进行评价,并与日本竹本公司的F7152油剂进行比较。结果表明:乳化液型涤纶工业丝油剂的单体的耐热性优良;油剂乳化液具有良好的稳定性和优良的粘度-浓度特性和粘度-温度特性,所开发的油剂与进口F7152油剂相比,具有发烟点较高,挥发量较低,平滑性、抗静电性及耐热性能较好,生产的涤纶工业丝束抱合性好。
Emulsion finishes for polyester industrial yam were studied using polyol ether, polyol fatty acid ester and polyether fatty acid ester as monomers. The heat resistance of monomers and the properties of finishes were evaluated and compared with those of finish F7152 made by Japanese Takemoto Company. The results showed that the monomers of emulsion finishes for polyester industrial yarn had excellent heat resistance, and the emulsion had fairly good stability and excellent viscosity-concentration and viscosity-temperature characteristics. As compared with the imported finish F7152, the developed finishes exhibited higher smoke point and lower volatile quantity, better smoothness, antistatic behavior and heat resistance. The produced polyester industrial yarn exhibited good cohesion property.
