摘要
目前国内对铝表面进行有机硅烷处理的研究较少,为此,合成了N-苯氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(NphTES),用溶胶凝胶法在3A21铝表面制备了NphTES和NphTES-TEOS(四乙氧基硅烷)涂层,对其疏水性和热稳定性进行了测试,利用动电位极化曲线、循环伏安、电化学阻抗谱研究了其在0.15 mol/L NaCl溶液中的腐蚀特性。结果表明,NphTES-TEOS涂层的耐腐蚀性能优于NphTES涂层,具有良好的疏水性和热稳定性。
N-phenylaminopropyltriethoxysilane(NphTES) was prepared,and then NphTES and NphTES-tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) were used as precursors to prepare NphTES and NphTES-TEOS coatings on 3A21 aluminum alloy by sol-gel method.The hydrophobicity and thermal stability of resultant coatings were studied.The corrosion resistance of the coatings in 0.15 mol/L NaCl solution was evaluated by measuring potentiodynamic polarization curves,cyclic voltammetric spectra and electrochemical impedance spectra.It was found that the NphTES-TEOS coating had better corrosion resistance than the NphTES coating as well as good hydrophobicity and thermal stability.
