摘要 为制备导电性能良好的导电织物,开发出柔软性智能纺织品,详细介绍制备导电织物的原料、设备、方法及织物导电性能测试方法。以锦纶/氨纶经平绒针织物为基体材料,聚苯胺为导电材料,采用现场吸附聚合沉积法制备导电性良好的聚苯胺复合导电织物。通过单因素试验分析法研究盐酸浓度、过硫酸铵浓度、反应时间、反应温度等工艺条件对导电织物聚苯胺含量及经纬向电阻率的影响。结合各工艺条件下的反应原理,分析各工艺条件在不同阶段对制备导电织物的影响程度,优化制备导电织物的工艺参数。 The paper introduces raw materials,equipments,and methods for preparation of conductive fabrics,as well as conductivity test methods.In order to prepare a fabric with good electrical conductivity,we have developed a flexible intelligent textile with nylon/spandex velveteen knitted fabric as substrate and polyaniline(PANI) as the conductive material,and polyaniline composite conductive fabrics with good conductivity was prepared by in-situ adsorption polymerization and deposition.Single factor analysis was used to investigate the influence of the concentrations of hydrochloric acid and ammonium persulfate,reaction time,and temperature on in the content of PANI and the warp and weft-wise resistivity of the fabric.The conductivity of the fabric as affected process conditions at different stages was analyzed in combination with their reacting principles,and the preparation process conditions were optimized.
