摘要
为深入研究细纱机牵伸机构的工作情况,用UG建立牵伸机构的三维有限元模型,采用有限元软件ABAQUS对细纱机牵伸机构的工作状态进行仿真分析,得到上下皮圈之间的正压力分布。通过实验测得皮圈间的实际正压力分布。对这2种方法测得的正压力分布规律与数值进行对比分析发现,二者的正压力分布规律基本一致,其数值除在皮圈钳口与罗拉钳口处有一定差异外也基本一致,表明所建立的有限元模型是正确的。该仿真分析方法也可用在细纱机牵伸装置的机构设计中。
To investigate the working situation of the drafting assembly of the frame,we used UG to develop a 3-D finite element model and carried out simulation analysis of the working situation of the drafting assembly of the frame,so the distribution of positive pressure between the top and bottom aprons is figured out using the software ABAQUS.The practical distribution of positive pressure between the top and bottom aprons is obtained through experiment.It is found through analyzing these methods that the distribution rule and value of the positive pressure obtained by these two methods are basically in agreement,except certain variations of value in the apron and roller nips,indicating that the finite element model is correct.The simulation analysis can be used in designing the drafting assembly of spinning frames.
