中部六省对沿海纺织产业转移承接能力的拟熵权分析

Evaluation of acceptance capability of six provinces in Central China for textile industry shifted from the East Coast based on entropy method

为科学评价中部六省对东部沿海纺织产业梯度转移的承接能力,从生产要素条件、地区经济实力、产业基础条件、交通设施条件、科技人才支持5个方面构建了3级30个指标的纺织产业承接能力综合评价指标体系,借助熵值法对各指标赋权,并运用加权模型对各省承接沿海纺织产业转移的能力进行加权综合评价和排序。结果显示,承接能力排前3位的是河南、湖北和湖南。根据评价结果,对各省在承接纺织产业转移方面存在的优势和劣势进行详细分析,为准备向内地转移的纺织服装企业提出具体的转移对策和建议。

To evaluate the acceptance capability of six provinces in Central China for the textile industry shifted from the East Coastal areas,a comprehensive evaluation system has been developed in terms of production elements and condition,economic strength,industrial infrastructure,transportation and communication,and technical force,which includes 30 indexes and 3 levels.Based on weighting and analysis of the indexes using entropy method,the acceptance capability of those provinces are ranked as follows： the top three are Henan,Hubei and Hunan.According to the results of the evaluation,the advantages and disadvantages of each province for accepting the shift of textile industry are analyzed,and suggestions and countermeasures are presented for the East Coastal areas in preparation of textile industry shift.
