学术会议文献开放出版初探及思考

Study and Thought on Open Access Publishing of Foreign Academic Conference Proceedings

开放出版是开放获取文献的一种重要出版形式,文章简要介绍了7个国外学术会议文献出版平台,并从出版主体、出版模式、质量控制、经费、版权、长期保存和引用等7个方面分析了学术会议文献实行开放出版的优势及问题所在,并提出了中国会议文献开放出版的策略。

Open access publishing is an important form of Open access.This paper briefly introduces 7 open access publishing platforms of academic conference proceedings,analyzes them from 5 aspects which are publishing bodies,publishing models,quality control,funds,copyright,long-term preservation and indexing,points out the advantages and questions,and gives some suggestions for the further development based on the current situations.
