肾上腺髓质素及其受体在肝硬化大鼠肝脏中的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究肾上腺髓质素(ADM)及其受体ADM-R在肝硬化大鼠肝脏组织中的表达。方法用硫代乙酰胺(TAA)诱导肝硬化大鼠模型,正常大鼠作对照。造模完成后切取肝脏组织,采用免疫组化染色(SABC)检测ADM及ADM-R在大鼠肝脏组织的表达,并使用图像分析软件分析表达强弱程度。结果 ADM及其受体在肝脏中的表达主要位于胞浆和胞膜。肝硬化模型组大鼠肝脏ADM及其受体阳性表达强度明显高于对照组(ADM:0.34±0.05 vs 0.23±0.04,t=5.37,P<0.05;ADM-R:0.36±0.06 vs 0.24±0.05,t=5.43,P<0.05)。结论 ADM和ADM-R在肝硬化大鼠肝脏表达均较正常大鼠增强,可能起到抑制肝脏星状细胞的活化及增殖,延缓肝脏纤维化进程的作用。
