The Development of ISBD and Its Influence on Western Language Cataloguing

摘要 本文论述了ISBD的产生、发展以及其对国际文献编目事业的影响,进而提出与之保持一致的我国西文文献编目工作的未来发展对策。 The paper discusses the creation and development of ISBD,as well as its influence on the bibliographic descriptions of international documents.Furthermore,the accordant measures for future documentation cataloguing of western language in our country are proposed.
