摘要
在建国初期,中国共产党高度重视工会的"维稳"和"维权"工作,一方面,通过组织工人、思想教育等方式动员工人参与新政权建设,发挥工会维护政权稳定的作用;另一方面,在新民主主义经济政策的影响下,赋予工会维护工人权益的相对自主权。然而,从发动一次错误的批判后,党对工会角色的认知出现了偏差。本文试图以北京市为例来说明这段历史。
In the early 1949,the Chinese Communist Party had attached great importance to the work of,on the one hand,through the way of organizationsing workers,and ideological education,mobilize the workers to participate in building a new regime,the union maintained the political stability,on the other hand,with the influence of the new democratic economic policy,the labor union has the right to safeguard workers′ rights and interests independently to a certain extent.However,by launching a wrong movement,the Party had a cognitive deviation towards the role of the labor union.The paper tries to explain this period history by taking Beijing as an example.
