女贞花的化学成分研究

Study on the chemical constituents in the flowers of Ligustrum lucium

目的研究女贞花蕾中的化学成分。方法提取和分离纯化女贞花的化学成分,并通过波谱分析鉴定化合物的结构。结果从女贞花的丙酮提物中分离出12个化合物,分别是:β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅱ)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(Ⅲ)、柚皮素(Ⅳ)、木犀草素(Ⅴ)、芹菜素(Ⅵ)、槲皮素(Ⅶ)、芹菜素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅷ)、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅸ)、山奈酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅹ)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅺ)和芦丁(Ⅻ)。结论化合物Ⅰ～Ⅵ、Ⅹ～Ⅺ为首次从女贞花中分离得到,化合物Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents in the flowers of Ligustrum lucium Ait.METHODS Compounds were isolated and purified with silica gel and Pharmadex LH-20 column.Their structures were determined using spectroscopic analysis including MS and NMR.RESULTS 12 compounds were isolated and identified as follows： β-sitosterol（Ⅰ）,daucosterol（Ⅱ）,asergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β-triol（Ⅲ）,naringenin（Ⅳ）,luteolin（Ⅴ）,apigenin（Ⅵ）,quercetin（Ⅶ）,apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（VIII）,luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（Ⅸ）,kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（Ⅹ）,quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside（Ⅺ）and rutin（Ⅻ）.CONCLUSION Compounds Ⅰ-Ⅵ,Ⅹ and Ⅺ were isolated from the flowers of Ligustrum lucium Ait.for the first time,and compounds Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
