中国对俄能源投资问题的若干分析

Analysis of questions concerning China’s energy investments to Russia

中国经济的高速发展带来了能源的大量消耗，使得中国的石油天然气业务已遍布世界主要油气产区。但是，国际形势的复杂和运输成本的骤增，导致非洲、中东地区的石油天然气供给难度增加。作为中国的近邻——俄罗斯，有其在地理和能源储量上的天然优势，20多年的能源合作，使得两国的发展进入良性轨道。本文针对目前中国所面临的能源安全问题，讨论中俄能源合作的优势，对俄投资所面临的不利因素，以及对俄投资的展望。通过分析可知，中俄两国的能源合作有其必然性，但同时存在着未来的不确定性。

The rapid development of economy in China brings vast consume of energy, which makes China＇ s current oil and gas overseas operations spread throughout the world~ s major oil and gas producing areas. However, the complicated international situation and the high cost of long-distance transport in- crease the difficulty of oil and gas supply to Africa and the Middle East. As a neighbour of China , Russia have a unique advantage in both geography and energy reserves. Due to the twenty-year energy cooperation, the development between two countries has been going on the track of sound progress. In view of the energy safety problems faced with China, this paper analyzes the advantage of energy cooperation between China and Russia, the disadvantage of investing to Russia and the expectancy of investing to Russia. On the basis of analysis, it is inevitable for energy cooperation between China and Russia, meanwhile there still exists uncertainty in the future.
