摘要
根据国家电网公司资产全寿命周期管理特点,提出了电网资产外部环境影响因素的范围,构建了基于传递熵的改进TOPSIS环境影响识别模型,编写了Matlab工具箱计算、分析及识别外部环境因素对资产的综合影响程度,并引入传递熵确定各评价专家的权重。实例结果表明,该方法简便,从根本上改变了传统的电网资产管理方式,避免了权重确定的主观性,为电网公司资产战略的制定提供了决策支持。
This paper developes some external environment impact factors to asset management accordance with the characteristics of the life cycle asset management process of Power Grid Corporation.It establishes a transfer entropy-TOPSIS environment impact identification model.The general procedure with Matlab toolbox is adopted to calculate,analyze and identificate the integrated influence of external environment factors on asset.The transfer-entropy is applied to determine expert weight.The example results show that this method is simple,fundamentally changes the traditional asset management way and avoids determining the weight subjectively,which provides decision support for developing asset management strategies.
