Discussion on the Accordance between Limited Partnership Institution and the Governance Structure for Technological Entrepreneurship Enterprise in Its Early Stage

科技创业企业(特别是科技创业初期)的治理问题一直是创业管理领域研究的难点问题。国内创业板的推出使得该领域的研究成为热点。从我国科技创业企业发展的实际导出了本命题研究的思路,提出了我国科技创业企业初创期采用有限合伙式委托代理治理范式的构想。

The issue of governance in technological entrepreneurship enterprise（especially in its early stage） has always been the heat topic in entrepreneurship management field.The commencement of domestic GEM（Growth Enterprises Market） board makes the research in this field becomes a new heat topic again.Based on the development reality for domestic technological entrepreneurship enterprise,this paper gets the idea for research direction and points out the assume of trust-agent governance normal formulas in the ways of limited partnership for technological entrepreneurship enterprise in its early stage.
