随着城市建设的不断升级,城市内河的旅游开发已成为城市建设和城市旅游开发的热点。传统的城市内河规划注重的是人工建设和美化、亮化工程。用反规划理论对城市内河开发进行研究,试图打破传统城市内河开发的思维模式,使城市内河恢复其自然状态,做到"天人"和谐共生。

With the continuous upgrading of urban con-struction, the development of inland river has become a hotspot for the urban construction and the tourism development. The traditional planning＇of urban inland rivers focused on man - made crafts construction, beautification and lightening, while this article, based on the anti - planning theory, tries to break down the stereotype of inland river planning and to convert to the natural condition of inland river maintenances so as to create the harmo- nious coexistence of nature and mankind.
