随着城市扩展,空间性的社会实践场域的竞争加大,城市的居住空间随之进行了重组。系统地回顾了城市居住空间的分异研究,力求在争论中厘清空间分异的若干形态;在综述中透析居住空间分异的结构与文化动力;在比较中阐释结构和文化解释的异趣及其关系。以期为中国城市居住空间分异日趋扩大的实证研究提供清晰的理论思路和策略。

With the expansion of urbanization, the space of social practice has strived intensely, and the urban residential space has been restructured. This article systematically reviews the research on the differentiation of urban residential space, seeking to clarify the controversy about the patterns of the spatial differentiations; analyzing the residential space in the structural and cultural power; explaining their difference and relationship of the structural and cultural interpretation in comparison. Thus, this article is intended to provide clear theoretical ideas and frameworks for the differentiation widening of China＇ s urban residential space.
