The Analysis and Improvement of Organization Structure in Library

随着信息社会的不断发展,当前图书馆的服务环境发生了深刻变化,图书馆的组织结构也面临着新的变革和挑战。文章通过分析和比较现行图书馆组织结构特点,根据组织结构设计原则并与图书馆的性质相结合,设计了一种以办公室为轴心的三角型的新型组织结构,并对此结构做出简要说明与评估。参考文献3。

Along with the on - going development of the information society, the circumstance of libraries＇service has changed deeply and the organization structure in library has to face new challenges. This paper analyzes and contrasts the existing organization struc- tures in library, designs a new triangular organization structure, which takes office as the axle center, highly efficient and lowly energy, according with the principle of organization structure and eharaeteristic of library, and finally it makes a simple explanation and evalua- tion of this structure. 3 refs.
