摘要
信息服务体系研究旨在构建面向用户的资源整合平台与图书情报一体化服务机制,实现信息服务的可持续发展目标,近年备受关注。文章在文献内容分析的基础上,对国外信息服务体系的服务理念与服务类型、相关技术与协议标准、用户教育与需求行为、系统构造与服务平台、组织管理与服务质量等方面现状进行概述,以供借鉴。参考文献16。
Based on the basic principle of materialistic dialectics, the thesis analyses the increasingly obvious phenomena of the worship of technical rationality and the landslide of humanistic care among the periodical circles, also explains the relationship between technical rationality and humanistic care across the board, and offers periodical service the reference to harmonious coexistence of science and humanity. 16refs.
