摘要
应用Aspen Plus工程软件对低温甲醇洗装置的甲醇水分离塔进行模拟,并与设计工艺包进行对比。对塔顶回流甲醇在不同含水量下的工况进行优化,将优化数据与该塔实际运行结果进行比较,为生产操作提供数据指导。
To simulate the methanol/water splitter in Rectisol Plant with Aspen Plus engineering soft-ware for comparison with PDP;to optimize the working condition for the top methanol reflux under different water content and to compare the optimized data with the actual running outeome in the tower for proving data guidance to production operation.
