阐述壳牌炉气化配煤灰熔融性的影响因素及检测方法,分析灰熔点检测的技术问题,有效降低灰熔点的波动范围,提供准确参数支持,实现壳牌气化炉稳定长周期运行。
Both affecting factors and detection method for ash melting property of coal fed to Shell gasitier are elaborated, the technique for detecting ash melting point is analyzed; this has effectively reduced the fluctuation range of ash melting point and provided an accurate support of parameters leading to a stable and long-term running of shell gasifier.
