摘要
根据节能减排的要求,中国石化金陵分公司某循环水场尝试提高循环水的浓缩倍数,而在浓缩倍数提高的同时循环水的浊度也不断增加,通过分析现场状况,找到了浊度升高的原因,并通过投加改性季铵盐(SS311)达到了降低浊度、改善水质的目的。
In accordance with the requirement for energy-saving and emission reduction,it is tried to raise the concentration ratio of circulation water in one circulating water system,however,while the rise of concentration ratio leads to a continuous rise of the water turbidity. With the on-site analysis, the cause for this turbidity rise is found and by adding modified quaternary ammonium salt (SS311) the aim of turbidity reduction and improvement of water quality are reached.
