摘要
文章首先对美国图书馆法体系和联邦图书馆法的发展情况进行概述,并从国家、社会、技术、用户等四个角度对美国图书馆法的发展进行解读,最后通过美国威斯康辛州的实例来阐释联邦图书馆法的实践应用并对我国图书馆立法提出建议。
The architecture of library laws of the United States and the development of library laws from LSA, LSCA to LSTA are introduced firstly. Meanwhile four factors that affect the progress of library laws are discussed. Then, Wisconsin is taken as an example to show the practice of LSTA. At last, suggestions on building the China library laws are made.
