摘要
针对电动车窗系统的安全性和实时响应性要求,采用现代微机检测与控制技术设计了基于ST72F324BJ4TC单片机与μC/OS-II嵌入式实时操作系统的防夹电动车窗控制系统。该系统采用霍尔传感器测定车窗玻璃升降时的实时位置,选择直流电机负载转矩变化率作为障碍物检测的判断指标。应用结果表明,该控制系统运行稳定、可靠,响应快,抗干扰能力强,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。
Aiming at the requirements of security and real-time responsiveness for power window system,The paper designed an anti-pinch power window control systems based on the ST72F324BJ4TC microcontroller and μC/OS-II real-time operating system with modern microcomputer measure and control technology.The system determines the real-time position of the moving window glass with Hall sensor and selects the torque rate of DC motor shaft as the judgment of indicators of obstacle detection.The application shows that the system is running stable,reliable,fast response and strong anti-interference.The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
