摘要
针对某钢厂热轧机组投产后故障高,生产极部稳定的情况,提出一种增设M机架的工艺改造方案。对该改造方案中2种主传动电机的传动系统快速性、使用频率、实际工作能力进行了比较,并对2种主传动电机容量进行了详细校验,为确定改造方案提供理论依据。
Aimed at being high in fault and unstable in production of a certain hot rolling unit after going into operation,the paper proposed a technology reform solution of establishing body frame.In the paper,it made the comparison in rapidity,work frequency and actual working ability for two sorts of drive systems in reform solution,and checked two sorts of main drive motor capacity in detail.It can provide the theory basis for determining the reform scheme.
