某单层钢结构厂房结构方案的优化分析

摘要 以青岛某单层轻型门式刚架厂房为背景,针对四种不同的结构方案进行对比分析,通过PKPM结构计算软件对四种结构方案进行了计算,探讨了柱脚连接形式、梁截面形式对钢结构厂房结构的挠度、侧移的影响,并比较了不同结构方案的综合经济效益,还对屋面坡度取值范围进行了分析。研究结果表明:不带吊车的单层厂房优选需用铰接柱脚;跨度较大时,刚架梁选用变截面可以取得较好的经济性。本文的研究内容可为同类工程的设计提供有益参考。 Based on one single story light-weight portal frame factory building in Qingdao, four different structural schemes were discussed, and the modals were calculated by PKPM structure calculation software. The influence of column base and forms of beam section to the deformation and lateral displacement of the steel structure were compared. Moreover, the overall economic efficiency and the range of the roof gradient of the structure were analyzed. The research results showed that hinged column base was the optimization for a single-story workshop without crane, and when the span was large, variable cross-section beam could achieve good economic. This article could serve as a beneficial reference for the similar engineering design.
