注射用更昔洛韦与木糖醇注射液配伍的稳定性研究

Study on the compatible stability of Ganciclovir for Injection in xylI_(to)l solution

目的考察注射用更昔洛韦与木糖醇注射液配伍的稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定并考察注射用更昔洛韦与木糖醇注射液配伍后室温(25℃)下3 h内更昔洛韦的质量浓度、外观及PH值的变化。结果 3 h内,注射用更昔洛韦在木糖醇注射液中含量、颜色及PH值无显著变化。结论注射用更昔洛韦与木糖醇注射液在配伍3 h内是稳定的。

Objective To study the stability of Ganciclovir for Injection in xylItol solution.Methods By using ultraviolet spectrophotometry,the contents of Ganciclovir for injection in xylItol solution was determined and the external appearance and PH value were observed after Ganciclovir for injection and xylItol solution were mixed at room temperature（25℃） within three hours.Results No obvious variations were found in the content of Ganciclovir in xylItol solutions,the color and the PH value within 3 hours.Conclusion It is stable when Ganciclovir for injection is mixed with xylItol solutions within 4 hours.
