糖化血红蛋白测定在妊娠期糖尿病筛选中的价值分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)测定在妊娠期糖尿病筛选中的价值分析。方法选取2009年1月至2010年1月我院门诊及住院孕妇550例为研究对象,其中正常孕妇(NGT)270例,妊娠期糖尿病孕妇(GDM)280例,分别测定两组孕妇的HbAlc及进行口服糖负荷实验(OGTT)。结果 GDM组的OGTT、HbA1c检测结果明显高于NGT组,(P<0.05)。HbAlc的特异性、敏感性、阳性预测值、精确比显著高于OGTT,且漏诊率及误诊率显著低于OGTT,(P<0.05)。结论 HbAlc测定为糖尿病的监护提供了新的方法,可以最大限度的降低筛查漏诊率。
