胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病的护理体会

Nursing Experienle of Insulin pump on treatment of diabetes

目的探讨胰岛素泵强化治疗糖尿病的护理特点并评价临床价值,提高糖尿病专科护理水平。方法对80例2型糖尿病胰岛素泵治疗的患者进行综合护理。结果 80例患者血糖控制良好,低血糖发生次数明显下降,生活质量得到提高。结论胰岛素泵的强化治疗对患者的治疗及提高生活质量有着重要的临床和社会意义,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the treatment of diabetes insulin pump characteristics and to evaluate the clinical value of care and improve levels of diabetes specialist care.Methods 80 patients with type 2 diabetes allepted the insulin pump therapy with integrated care.Results 80 patients had good blood glucose control,and hypoglycemia significantly decreased and quality of life had been improved.Conclusion Insulin pump treatment on patients can improve the quality of life it has important clinical and social significance and worthy of popularizing.
