内分泌腺来源的血管内皮生长因子与多囊卵巢综合征的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)以卵泡内膜及间质的增生和过度血管化为主要特征,其发病与新血管生成密切相关。内分泌腺来源的血管内皮生长因子(EG-VEGF)是一种具有组织特异性的血管生成因子,能够引起卵巢血管生成和卵巢多囊的形成,为探讨PCOS病因及靶基因治疗提供了新的思路。
