On Liability of Internet Defamation——Analysis on 1st Domestic Case on QQ Signature Infringement upon Right of Reputation

本文针对全国首例QQ签名侵犯名誉权案,分析了此类网络名誉权侵权与以往博客侵权的不同之处,并根据侵权构成要件和免责事由分析该案件。为此类案件的审理提供理论依据。

By discussing the first domestic case on QQ signature infringement upon the right of reputation,this paper analyzes the differences between this sort of internet infringement and blog infringement.Meanwhile,it tries to provide theoretical foundations for those similar cases through analyzing the cases from their components and the exemptions of the liability of the infringement
