服刑罪犯自杀行为调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Suicide Behavior in Prison

目的研究在押罪犯自杀自伤行为的发生情况。方法调查统计2006年6月-2008年7月在押罪犯145044人中的自杀自伤情况。结果罪犯中发生明显自杀、自杀行为296例,发生率为0.20%。其中自杀死亡8例,比例为5.52/10万,自杀自伤方式以割腕最多,占31.76%,其次为自缢、吞食异物和跳楼。自杀原因最多见为监管改造方面,占32.43%;其它为人际关系、家庭因素等。既往有自杀史者占18.58%。结论罪犯中发生自杀自伤比例相对较高,自杀死亡率相对较低。

Objective To uncover the problem of suicide in prison.Methods A total of 145044 prisoners were investigated.Results The rate of suicide and self-harm was 0.20%.The death rate of suicide was 5.52/100 thousands.Wrist cut were the most common methods of suicide.The main factors related to suicide and self-harm included inmate,interpersonal conflict.Conclusion The rate of suicide and self-harm in prison is high,but the mortality of suicide is lower relatively.
