摘要
目的分析目前民航空中交通管制员心理健康状态。方法采用分层随机抽样,以523名一线管制员作为该心理健康状态调查对象。采用症状自评量表SCL-90对管制员进行心理健康状态调查。结果目前民航一线管制员心理健康状态良好,以强迫症状表现较为明显。不同岗位管制员心理健康状态存在显著差异（F=7.33,P〈0.001）;不同工作年限管制员心理健康状态存在显著差异（F=6.41,P〈0.001）。其中,区调管制员、工作年限在11~15年间管制员心理健康状态有待改善。结论一线管制员心理健康状态较为良好,有明显职业特征,为保证安全运行,提升管制员个体心理素质,适当的心理辅导与训练是必要的。
Objective To study the mental health conditions of air traffic controllers in China.Methods A total of 523 samples were involved in this study by stratified random sampling method.Results The mental health conditions of air traffic controllers were good except slight obsessive-compulsive disorder.There were differences between the air traffic controllers with different post（F=7.33,P〈0.001） and different work experience（F=6.41,P〈0.001）.And the mental health conditions of local air traffic controllers and work experience between 11-15 years needed to be improved.Conclusion The mental health conditions of air traffic controllers are good presently,influenced by job characteristic.In order to ensure the safe operation and improving the level of mental health of air traffic controllers,constant psychology training and counseling are needed.
