摘要
目的了解儿童福利机构中孤儿的心理健康状况。方法研究采用小学生心理健康评定量表(MHRSP),对儿童福利机构中43名身体健康孤儿的心理健康状况进行探查。结果孤儿的心理健康总分高于常态儿童(t=2.201,P<0.05),其中学习障碍、性格障碍、社会适应障碍和品德障碍分量表得分高于常态儿童(t=3.926,3.186,P<0.01;t=2.348,2.109,P<0.05);孤儿在心理健康总分、学习障碍、品德障碍及行为障碍得分上性别差异显著(t=3.032,3.049,3.939,3.159;P均<0.01)。结论福利机构中的孤儿心理健康状况低于常态儿童,应得到关注。
Objective To explore the mental health status of orphans in welfare agency.Methods The mental health of orphans was explored by the Mental Health Rate Scale for Pupil（MHRSP）.Participants were 43 orphans who were healthness and 47 primary school students who were from normal family.Results The total scores of orphans mental health was higher than those of the normal children（t=2.201,P〈0.05）.The scores of learning disorder,character,social adjustment and morality were higher than the normal children（t=3.926,3.186,P〈0.01;t=2.348,2.109,P〈0.05）.The gender difference was more significant in four factors： the total scores, learning disorder,social adjustment and behavior disorder（t=3.032,3.049,3.939,3.159;P〈0.01）.Conclusion The orphan＇s mental health is lower than the normal children.
