大学生完美主义心理与父母教养方式的影响研究

Rearch on Perfectionism of Undergraduate Students and the Influence of Parenting Style

目的研究父母的教养方式对大学生完美主义心理形成的影响。方法采用中文Frost多维完美主义量表、父母教养方式评价量表对1245名大学生进行测试并进行统计分析。结果大学生的完美主义得分与父亲的完美主义得分（r=0.34549,P〈0.0001）和母亲的完美主义得分（r=0.325 52,P〈0.0001）均显著正相关。大学生知觉到的父母完美主义情况与实际情况正相关（父亲：r=0.44008,P〈0.0001;母亲：r=0.51115,P〈0.0001）。大学生知觉到的父母完美主义（父亲：回归系数0.31482,P〈0.000 1;母亲：回归系数0.19568,P〈0.0001）,以及教养方式中的父母过干涉过保护因子（父亲：回归系数0.48821,P=0.0297;母亲：回归系数0.33721,P〈0.0001）和母亲惩罚严厉因子（回归系数-0.18588,P=0.0494）都是子女完美主义心理形成的影响因素。结论父母的教养方式通过目标定向的教养行为和非目标定向的教养行为对其子女完美主义心理的形成产生影响。

Objective To research the influence of parenting style on perfectionism of undergraduate students.Methods A total of 1245 undergraduate students were tested by CFMPS and EMBU.Results There was positive correlation between children＇ perfectionism and parents＇perfectionism（father：r=0.34549,P〈0.0001;mother：r=0.32552,P〈0.0001）.And there was positive correlation between the parents＇ perfectionism and the actual situation（father：r=0.44008,P〈0.0001;mother： r=0.51115,P〈0.0001）,that was perceived by parents＇ perfectionism（father： regression coefficien t=0.31482,P〈0.0001;mother：regression coefficien t=0.19568,P〈0.0001）,over protection of parents（father：regression coefficien t=0.48821,P=0.0297;mother：regression coefficien t=0.33721,P〈0.0001） and mother＇s severe punishment（regression coefficien t=-0.18588,P=0.0494）.Conclusion Parenting style will influence their children to form perfectionism through targeted rearing behaviour and non-targeted rearing behaviour.
