福州地区大学生心理控制源与睡眠质量的关系

Correlation between Locus of Control and Sleep Quality among College Students in Fuzhou

目的探讨大学生心理控制源与睡眠质量的关系,为提高大学生睡眠质量提供依据。方法采用随机抽样方法,选用内在-外在心理控制源(IE)量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)量表对福州地区333名大学生进行调查。结果 1调查者中,心理控制源属外控型的学生占总数的46.5%(155名),属内控型者占53.5%(178名)。大学生睡眠问题检出率为25.2%(84名);2外控型学生的心理控制源总分、PSQI总分、主观睡眠质量、入睡时间和日间功能障碍得分均显著高于内控型学生(t=26.15,3.01,2.25,2.81,3.66;P<0.001,0.01,0.05,0.01,0.01);3心理控制源总分与PSQI总分、主观睡眠质量、入睡时间和日间功能障碍均呈显著正相关(r=0.22,0.13,0.17,0.26;P=0.001,0.05,0.01,0.001),且分别预测其5%,1%,3%,6%的变异量。结论大学生心理控制源与睡眠质量存在相关。

Objective To explore the correlation between locus of control and sleep quality among college students,in order to provide basis for promoting sleep quality.Methods A total of 333 students from Fuzhou were surveyed with IE and PSQI using the method of simple random sampling.Results ①There were 46.5% students（155 respondents） of external locus of control personality,while 53.5%（178 respondents） of internal locus of control.The detection rate of students on sleep problem was 25.2%（84 respondents）.②The scores of external locus of control students on the locus of control,PSQI,subjective sleep quality,sleep latency and daytime dysfunction were significantly higher than the internal locus of control students（t=26.15,3.01,2.25,2.81,3.66;P〈0.001,0.01,0.05,0.01,0.01）.③Analysis of correlation showed that there were significant positive correlation among the score of locus of control and PSQI total score,subjective sleep quality,sleep latency and daytime dysfunction（r=0.22,0.13,0.17,0.26;P=0.001,0.05,0.01,0.001）.And locus of control were predicted 5%,1%,3%,6% of the variance by PSQI total score,subjective sleep quality,sleep latency and daytime dysfunction respectively.Conclusion There is a correlation between locus of control and sleep quality among the college students.
