大学生家庭环境、一般自我效能感和应对方式的相关研究

Correlation Study on Family Environment,General Self-Efficacy and Coping Styles of College Students

目的探讨大学生的家庭环境、一般自我效能感和应对方式之间的关系。方法以223名大学生为被试施测家庭环境量表、应对方式问卷和一般自我效能感量表。结果①家庭环境和应对方式均不存在性别差异,但是男生的自我效能感高于女生(t=2.186,P=0.3);②高自我效能感、良好家庭环境的大学生更容易选择适应性应对方式(F=13.035,P<0.05);③自我效能感和家庭环境对应对方式有显著的直接影响(t=14.302,P<0.05)。结论家庭环境、应对方式和自我效能感存在显著的相关,家庭环境和自我效能感是影响大学生应对方式的重要变量。

Objective To explore the relationship among the family environment,general self-efficacy and coping styles.Methods Two hundred and twenty-three students were evaluated with Family Environment Scale,Coping Style Questionnaire and General Self-Efficacy Scale.Results ①There were no significant gender differences in family environment and coping styles,but the score of general self-efficacy among the male college students was higher than that among the female college students（t=2.186,P=0.3）.②It was easier to choose adaptive coping styles for the students who had more general self-efficacy and good family environment（F=13.035,P〈0.05）.③General self-efficacy and family environment had directly effect on coping styles（t=14.302,P〈0.05）.Conclusion There are significant correlation among family environment,general self-efficacy and coping styles.Family environment and general self-efficacy are the important variables of coping styles of the college students.
